1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using The Founder Voice (“the Service”), operated at thefoundervoice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
The Founder Voice is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create social media posts in their personal writing style. The Service includes voice profile training, post generation, content calendars, drafts management, and related features.
3. Account registration
Access is currently invite-only. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that impersonates others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal API usage
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Intellectual property
Your content: You retain full ownership of your writing samples, generated posts, and any content you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Our service: The Founder Voice, its design, code, AI models, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
License to us: By uploading writing samples, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of training your personal Voice DNA profile. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Usage limits (generations, tokens, audio minutes) reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused allowances do not roll over.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated through the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Founder Voice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
12. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
